About This Tool
Why use Free No-Code Email Editor?
Write an email in a rich-text editor and take the HTML out at the end. Formatting, headings, lists, links, alignment and an accent colour are all handled through the toolbar, and you can drop in merge variables — first name, last name, company, unsubscribe URL — as placeholders your sending platform will fill in.
The preview switches between desktop and mobile width, which is the check most people skip and then regret: a layout that reads well at full width often breaks into awkward line lengths on a phone, and that is where most email is opened. There is a code view too, so you can see exactly what you are copying rather than trusting the editor to have done the right thing.
Key Benefits
Merge variables built in
First name, last name, company and unsubscribe placeholders can be inserted from the toolbar rather than typed by hand.
Desktop and mobile preview
Switch widths before you send, because a layout that works at full width often reads badly on a phone.
Code view
See the HTML you are about to copy, so nothing unexpected goes into your sending platform.

Free No-Code Email Editor FAQs
Which merge variables are available?
First name, last name, company and unsubscribe URL, inserted as double-brace placeholders. Check the exact syntax your sending platform expects and adjust if it differs.
Will the HTML work in every mail client?
It covers the common ones, but email rendering is inconsistent — Outlook in particular. Always send a test to yourself before a campaign goes out.
Do I need to include an unsubscribe link?
For commercial email, yes. CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR and PECR in Europe and CASL in Canada all require a working way to opt out, which is why the placeholder is provided.
Can I import an existing template?
This is a writing editor rather than a template importer. Paste your content in and reformat it, or edit your existing HTML directly in your platform.
