About This Tool

Why use Time Converter Tool?

Convert between seconds, minutes, hours, days and weeks. Useful when a duration is quoted in one unit and you need it in another — a 5,400-second video is 90 minutes, and a 72-hour deadline is three days.

Time is one of the few systems that is not decimal: 60 seconds to a minute, 60 minutes to an hour, 24 hours to a day. That is why 1.5 hours is 90 minutes rather than 150, a mistake that turns up constantly in timesheets and invoices.

Key Benefits

Five units

Seconds through weeks, covering timers, schedules and project planning.

Handles decimals
