About This Tool
Why use QR Code Generator?
Create a QR code for a website, Wi-Fi network, text, email address, phone number or SMS in seconds. Codes are generated in your browser, contain your content directly, and never expire, so they keep working even without ZixoTools.
Unlike many free QR services, there is no redirect link, no scan tracking and no subscription that switches your code off. Download a high-resolution PNG for sharing or an SVG that stays sharp at any print size.
Key Benefits
Static and permanent
Your content is encoded directly in the code, so it works forever and cannot be disabled.
Wi-Fi sharing
Guests scan once to join your network without typing the password.
Print-ready SVG
Vector output stays crisp on posters, menus, packaging and business cards.

QR Code Generator FAQs
Do these QR codes expire?
No. They are static QR codes: the URL or text is stored inside the code itself, not behind a redirect, so they work permanently and do not depend on this website.
What is QR code error correction?
Error correction adds redundant data so a code still scans when part of it is damaged or covered. Low recovers about 7%, Medium 15%, Quartile 25% and High 30%. Higher levels make the code denser.
What size should a printed QR code be?
A common guideline is a scanning distance of about ten times the code width, so a 2 cm code suits close scanning and larger codes suit posters. Keep a quiet margin around the code and test it before printing in bulk.
Can I change the link after printing?
Not with a static code. If you may need to change the destination later, point the QR code to a page on your own website that you control and update that page instead.
